The management of RP is committed to building a highly skilled faculty capable of delivering quality, industry-relevant education and conducting impactful research. In this regard, RP Management has established strategic collaborations with various international institutions to strengthen the capacity of RP’s academic staff through expanded opportunities for further studies. These collaborations provide academic staff with access to postgraduate studies in specialized programs aligned with national development priorities. Through this investment in faculty development, RP seeks to enhance its institutional capacity and effectively contribute to Rwanda’s national strategic vision of building a knowledge-based economy driven by skilled human capital, innovation, and technological advancement.

The Government of Rwanda (GoR), in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), has initiated a strategic project known as Higher Technical Education for Employment and Entrepreneurship (H3E). The H3E project aims to develop a pool of highly skilled technical professionals capable of driving the growth of technology-based industries in Rwanda.
